Field Service Representative - System Engineer

Job Description: Successful applicants for this position will support fielding and maintenance of a web based software application in Iraq. They will work with a distributed team of 10-12 personnel inside major US Army bases in theater and be expected to remain overseas for four to six month periods. Tasks include installing and configuring new servers, troubleshooting problems with application and network issues, training soldiers on the application, and providing briefings to new and prospective users. Applicants are required to have current SECRET clearance.

Primary Skills: Windows Server administration, MySQL and IIS configuration and troubleshooting, remote administration, held desk support.

Field Service Representative - Subject Matter Expert

Job Description: Successful applicants for this position will support fielding and training of a web based software application in Iraq. They will work with a distributed team of 10-12 personnel inside major US Army bases in theater and be expected to remain overseas for four to six month periods. Tasks include training soldiers on the use of web-based software application, supporting deployed Army units best utilize the software, and developing training procedures and plans that maximize training efficiency.

Requirements: US Citizen.  A DOD secret clearance is desirable, but not required. These positions require in-depth prior knowledge/experience with tactical ground combat operations and an understanding of the patrol debrief and tactical intelligence analysis process, especially as it relates to adapting TTPs and SOPs to meet changing tactical threats. The candidate must be competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and a quick-learner of new Web-based applications.  Counter-insurgency, tactical, or teaching/training experience a plus.  Candidates must possess extraordinary interpersonal relationship skills and be self-motivated and self-disciplined. High School Diploma; college degree a plus.
